Nothing’s too hard for God
We all have needs. Sometimes we are tempted to fear God won’t meet them.
One church choir frequently opened services singing, “Nothing is impossible if you put your trust in God; nothing is impossible if you’re trusting in His Word.”
Jesus said, “With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God” (Mark 10:27, NIV). That includes the solution to whatever you might be going through right now.
The Assemblies of God will soon launch a new national media plan, equipped with tools to help local churches, emphasizing this truth — Nothing’s Too Hard For God. Eight areas are targeted.
No person is beyond forgiveness. Thousands in prison have come to a genuine relationship with Christ. Many of these are effective ministers today.
No form of loneliness is too overwhelming. “God has said, ‘Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you’ ” (Hebrews 13:5). Being part of the Church, the body of Christ, can help fill this void.
No relationship is too broken. We have the testimony of countless restored marriages as well as other relationships brought back from seemingly insurmountable difficulties.
No illness is too difficult. God is still the Great Physician and He still heals people today.
No fear is too great. God really does care about you. “Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you” (1 Peter 5:7).
No financial need is too large. Read Jesus’ words from the Sermon on the Mount in Matthew 6:25-34. “So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ ” (v. 31).
No loss is too devastating. God brought Job back, and many who lost nearly everything in the catastrophes of recent years have seen God and His people help with the rebuilding of their lives.
No addiction is too strong. Teen Challenge can provide countless testimonies to this effect. God delivers.
Take this truth for yourself, and share it with others: Nothing’s too hard for God.
