Simple plan

Love ’em or leave ’em?

Marriage is a fragile institution. Each day countless couples are bombarded by selfishness, infidelity, abuse, jealousy, broken trust, lack of loyalty, financial problems, envy, stubbornness … the list could go on. It’s no wonder that in the United States up to half of marriages end in divorce.

Rick and Evangeline Zorehkey’s marriage was in trouble (featured here). He had crossed some lines that should never be crossed in a marriage relationship. Yet in response, Evangeline did something so remarkable it transformed their lives, restored their marriage and will leave you in awe of God’s healing power.

In this edition we also explore the words “I love you." Those three simple words have the power to change your life — find out why.

And have you ever wondered how a person can feel lonely in this day and age? After all, we have a plethora of communication tools and venues to stay connected to one another. As you’ll see in one of our features, many Americans are living lonely lives. Learn why you need family and friends to not only survive, but thrive.

With Valentine’s Day approaching, take time to tell the people you love that you love them. Your words might bring healing to your marriage or let someone know they do in fact have a friend.
