Nov. 24, 2010 - Your Choice

By Patrick J. Donadio

When you come right down to it, life is made up of choices. We, as individuals, make many choices each day, so in reality we choose our destiny. I feel the greatest choice ever made was when God himself chose to be a man, to leave heaven’s throne and come to Earth to live for 33 years. Jesus chose to die on the cross to make it possible for you and me to live for eternity in heaven’s glory.

As we live each day, we must choose between good and evil. It is well for us to realize that every day we live, Satan will be bird-dogging our trail. When we choose to make major or minor decisions in our life, they must be made through diligent prayer. To choose anything in the natural is treason to the soul.

Let it be clear in your mind when you make your decisions that you first walk into the throne room of God and ask for His divine guidance. Remember, “If God is for us, who can be against us?” (Romans 8:31, NIV). No one!
