Free Evangel Fund

The Free Evangel Fund underwrites the cost of Pentecostal Evangel subscriptions for individuals and organizations without the financial means to afford their own.

A Bible college professor in a former Communist country contacted the Evangel. In order to meet accreditation requirements, the school had to provide its students with various Christian periodicals for reference and in-class use.

But the college did not have the resources to pay for any subscriptions. However, thanks to the Free Evangel Fund, the institution received the Evangel for one year at no cost.

When the Bible college received the Evangel for the first time, the professor wrote, in part:

"Today I received your magazine. Thank you so much for it! The subjects are very interesting, and if I would have to recommend someone a magazine, that would be yours. Our students have to take a course in Journalism and they are encouraged to write. So you can imagine the way the articles written in this issue are coming to meet the need. Thank you again. May God bless you and His ministry in the USA."
