An incomplete entry or multiple entries in one week, Sunday through following Saturday, will result in disqualification. Winner will be notified by email. Upon notification, winner will provide the Evangel with a mailing address for shipment of prize.

Written shortly before his passing, the foreword is by Campus Crusade for Christ founder Bill Bright.
