An incomplete entry or multiple entries in one week, Sunday through following Saturday, will result in disqualification. Winner will be notified by email. Upon notification, winner will provide the Evangel with a mailing address for shipment of prize.

September 4 prize: Theology in a Nutshell: Biblical Truth in Plain Language from Onward Books. Written by recently retired Pentecostal Evangel Editor Ken Horn, Theology in a Nutshell will help anyone understand the Bible as every chapter includes clear statements from Scripture. There is a simple explanation of each topic along with numerous illustrations.

Drawing deadline: 11:59 p.m. (CDT), Saturday, August 30.

Winner announced: Thursday, September 4.


September 11 prize: Silk Road Stories from Onward Books. Currently in its third printing, Silk Road Stories is a unique collection of narratives that presents the miraculous, the tragic, and the heroic in an ancient land that had at one time all but obliterated Christianity. The book begins the history of today’s Silk Road revival.
